Stillwater, Okla. –The Department of Parking and Transit Services has been working diligently on the relocation issues of the decrease in parking spaces due to the construction. Portions of lots 31 (West of Noble Research and North of Physical Sciences) & 34 (South of Physical Sciences and North of Life Sciences) will be closing for lay down construction areas. A small portion has already been fenced off for lay-down for the Classroom Building and the remaining portions of the lots are scheduled to be fenced on December 8th. Parking Services suggests that staff relocate to lot 49 located north of University Health Services.

Besides these parking OPTIONS, Oklahoma State University Staff are always encouraged to take advantage of the alternative transportation choices. Consider THE BUS Community Transit System which is free to employees or carpool either with a friend or with a match by using the new “GreenRide” carpool matching program at http://portal.greenride.com. The Park ‘N Ride OPTION is also a viable solution for those who live around Stillwater and would like to bike or walk to a Bus Stop.
