Customers who are affiliated with Oklahoma State University (faculty, staff, or student) may now purchase their Parking Permit on-line. The on-line registration system provides you with personalized account information including Parking Permit choices and prices. Any outstanding account balances from past parking citations or Bursar accounts will result in delayed fulfillment of your order. Additionally, students living in University housing must have a signed and valid housing contract on file in order to purchase your permit.
To purchase your parking permit, simply click on the button on the Parking and Transit Service home page (www.parking.okstate.edu). You will then be sent to the Parking authentication page to virtually identify yourself. Type in your OSU Novell Username (i.e. the first part of your e-mail address, such as smithj) and your Novell Password (e-mail password). You may still purchase a Parking Permit by visiting our office at 104 USDA Building.
Important Information:
Please read the entire page before making your selection. If you are unsure of a choice or you do not see the selection you thought should be available to you, please call our office at (405) 744-6525 prior to submitting your application. Due to the automated nature of this system, changes to your application cannot be made once it has been submitted. If you order the incorrect permit, you must wait until you receive the permit you ordered and then return it to Department of Parking and Transit Services in person.
Students who are not enrolled in classes (have not yet registered for classes) may not be in our system to date. We receive regular updates from the IT Division, so please check back at a later time.
Anyone with unpaid parking citations will not be permitted to register a vehicle nor purchase a Permit of any type until the fines have been paid. Payment of outstanding citations via the on-line system will not be available until September 15, 2004. You may be able to pay your outstanding citations through the Bursar’s on-line payment system. However, payment of past due citations through this option may take 24-hours to clear the system.
