How To Appeal A Citation
All appeals are done through the Office of Appeals, not Parking Services.
Appeals can only be made online through the parking portal, not in-person or over the phone.
Visitors who wish to appeal a citation must create a guest account on the website or contact the Parking office for assistance.
To appeal a citation, log into the parking portal.
After logging into the parking portal, directly underneath the "Citations" section, click on "view your citations," this will list out all of the citations on your parking account.
Appealable citations have an "appeal now" option where you can submit your appeal.
Citations must be appealed within 14 days of the citation issue date or they will no longer be appealable. Expired/failed meter, boot/impound, and tow citations are not appealable.
Read the appeal agreement thoroughly.
To finish submitting your appeal, select the box that says "I have read and understand the above statements" then click the next button.
