Parking Rules and Regulations

At Oklahoma State University Parking Services our professional and responsive employees take pride in providing the University with a safe and efficient educational experience. Our goal is to offer parking choices, customer satisfaction, quality parking resources, as well as consistent and confidential enforcement.


The goal of the OSU Parking Services is to provide convenient parking with simple and direct circulation which creates an overall positive experience for the user. The Parking and Transit systems operate in an attractive, clean, safe, and secure environment.


Oklahoma State University is striving to make the campus aesthetically pleasing by removing unnecessary and redundant regulatory signs. It is also our intent to provide “user friendly” signs and signals. The University encourages everyone to take a positive, common sense approach to traffic and parking.

Animals are not permitted on the Transit Buses unless they are secured in an approved pet carrier. Service animals, as defined by current Federal Transit Administration Regulations, are permitted. Service dogs must remain in harness and while on the Paratransit vehicle and under control of the owner at all times.  Service animals must remain on the floor without blocking the aisle or on their owner's lap.  For more information, please refer to
